A private community for people who can build but were never taught the business side. Weekly live calls, a working Discord, and material shaped by what you're actually stuck on.
Every tutorial teaches the build. Almost none teach what turns it into a business.
A small private group is already running. This is what opens up when the waitlist does.
Pricing, positioning, why nobody is signing up, whether the thing is even worth building. You ask, I answer, on camera, every week. Not a lecture and not a replay.
Where it continues between calls. Builders at the same stage, and me in the thread rather than behind a support form.
Structured content on the site, released as it's built. Starting with how to think about marketing while you're still writing the product.
What gets made first is decided by the responses to the question at the bottom of this page, not by what I assume you need.
I'm Adan. Eighteen years in paid acquisition under a few different titles, most recently CMO of a B2B SaaS company I took through a private equity growth investment and a nine figure exit in 2026. The second nine figure exit I've been part of.
Before that, franchise growth. A fitness brand from zero to 435 locations, a restoration company from 15 to 60 plus. Somewhere north of $60 million in ad spend along the way. I've seen every stage between nothing and an exit, and what each one actually costs.
I also build. The tools I use in my own work are ones I wrote: scanners, attribution stacks, internal apps. This is not advice from someone who has only ever advised.
I've also spent over half a million dollars on masterminds and rooms across those eighteen years. Most of what was worth having didn't come from the stage. It came from whoever was sitting next to me.
Which is the whole reason this exists. AI just handed everyone the ability to build, and almost nobody has the relationships to turn that into a business. This is a room for partnerships, joint ventures, and people building adjacent things who ought to know each other. Growth happens when you're in the room with people doing the same thing, and there isn't a room for this yet.
I'm Josh. In 2015 I was just another chump working retail in Denver. Sales floor by day, applying to remote software jobs by night. Recruiterbox hired me for a SaaS role where I wore every hat on the customer-facing side.
I closed logos you'd recognize — MIT, Cisco, Herschel Supply, the FAA, HCSG — and the company that eventually acquired us. Top sales rep four years running. Then I trained a remote team on the side-by-side selling method I pioneered, and every one of them hit quota inside 90 days.
At Revealbot, as founding head of sales, I took them from treading water to 50%+ year-over-year growth. I closed brands spending seven to eight figures a month on Facebook ads — GameStop, Mindvalley — and built the team that kept doing it.
I'd mastered selling. Building was a mystery. For years I could diagnose exactly what a business needed and was powerless to build it. AI removed the excuse. Inside my first month with Claude Code I built ContractorRoster solo and closed my first paying enterprise customer.
You're here because you built something and can't sell it. I could always sell and couldn't build. I crossed the bridge, and I'm here to help you cross it too.
Nobody's retiring on $9 a month. Think of it as the cost of finding out if this room's actually for you, before we hit 100 members and the founding rate disappears. The list is free to join and you are not charged anything today.
Join the waitlist, lock in the founding rateAnswer it properly and the answer shapes what gets built. That's not a line, it's the whole reason the list exists.
