Terms of Service

Last updated 21 July 2026

The short version: this is education and community, not advice and not a guarantee. Pay monthly, cancel whenever, be decent to the other members.

Agreement

By using this site or joining the community you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What this is

Technically Founders provides educational material, live calls, and access to a private community for people building software products. It is general education. It is not legal, financial, tax, investment, or accounting advice, and it is not tailored to your circumstances. Talk to a qualified professional before making decisions that carry real consequences.

No guarantee of results

Nothing here promises income, revenue, or business outcomes. Figures mentioned on this site describe specific situations and are not typical. Most people who start a business do not achieve the results described. What you get out of this depends on your effort, your skill, your market, your timing, and plenty of things nobody controls.

Membership and billing

Refunds

Because membership is billed monthly and cancellable at any time, payments already made are generally non-refundable. If something has genuinely gone wrong, email us and we will deal with it like reasonable people.

Community conduct

Membership can be suspended or ended, without refund, for any of the following:

Members share sensitive details about their businesses here. Treat what you read as private.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant us permission to display it within the community so the thing can function. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

Our content

Course material, recordings, and written material are ours and are licensed to you for your own use while you are a member. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them.

Availability

We aim to run weekly calls and to keep the community available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Schedules can move. Third-party platforms can have outages.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or indirect or consequential damages.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms, and material changes will be reflected in the date above. We may end or suspend access where these terms are broken.
